$dotnet コマンド叩いて確認するじゃろ？
VSCode開くじゃろ？
「The .NET Core SDK cannot be located. .NET Core debugging will not be enabled. Make sure the .NET Core SDK is installed and is on the path.」
と言われてしまうのじゃ。
VSCodeを起動したまま、.Net Core SDKをダウンロードしてコマンドを確認しても、 VSCodeそのものを再起動しないといけないです。というオチでした。
